Please contact us within 7 days if you need to return an item.

The following items cannot be returned (unless damaged or faulty).
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale, seconds and samples

Conditions of return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges.
If you wish to exchange something in your order please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund. If you need assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
